צוות המדרשה העביר 4 סדנאות שהדגימו את השיטה החינוכית של מדרשת אדם: “שיטת בצוותא – המרת קונפליקט בדילמה” המאפשרת למשתתפים לבחון תהליכי קבוצה הקשורים בעקרונות היסוד הדמוקרטיים, לבחון את הקונפליקטים במתקיימים בין השותפים בחברה הדמוקרטית, להמירם בדילמות פנימיות, אשר מהוות מניע למציאת פתרון שוויוני והוגן. שיטה זו מהווה את הבסיס לכל תכניות החינוך לדמוקרטיה ולשלום של מדרשת אדם.
